I thought it'd be good to start a cookery thread...
 
...as there are bound to be some excellent ideas for new dishes; a sort of recipe exchange;I'm always thinking about food, and so look forward to seeing and trying new dishes!:D:drool4:

I like to serve up some tasty grub , my favourite is my own burgers.

Buy some lean steak mince [not beef mince] , finely chop one small onion, mix it all together with 2 oxo cubes [dont add any salt] , make into patties [about a half inch thick] , flash fry on both sides till cooked .

chow down on em , mmmmmmmmmm yummy , addictive and simple .:drool4:

My Farther was a Chef and mum was a cook at Eaton collage both very good thats probably why I did not have to cook in my young days Also my wife Lilian is very good
