Seafrost blue I believe and Ash grey and light oak interior, early facelifts had amber illumination. I like the number plate for a Rover WF....WooF WOOF...:getmecoat:

Yes, Seafrost Blue
MG Rover publication 6143 shows Seafrost Blue and in the same brochure shows the old style IPK as shown in your picture.. Dave T |
nice looking car! I have seen a few facelift cars with the earlier ipk's, mine included.

Fair enough...good news then! :) |
Thanks for all the info and replies.
So what are the 'must have' tourer upgrades? Have some ideas already (see my modified sig) but what am I missing, particularly on a facelift car? |
Is Seafrost confirmed ?
If not it could be Ski Blue with dark photos !! Nice in either colour though. Tourers......get some luggage nets as the tourer loading bay carpet is much slippier than saloons so all yer stuff dances about;) |
Having looked at Reebs's page about colours, Ski Blue was my impression.
I need to get the car to read the paint code to be sure. Counting down..... |
Fit a second horn and maybe adjust the bonnet/bumper gap.
I don't think Light oak auto gear knobs are avilable, or even ever made. Dave T |
Thinking about it, do I have the ultimate in contrasts?
1 Cowley, 1 Longbridge. 1 Mk1, 1 facelift. 1 Saloon, 1 Tourer. 1 Petrol, 1 Diesel. 1 Manual, 1 Auto. 1 Sandstone inside, 1 Ash Grey. 1 High mileage, 1 low mileage. |
Duncan.
You can go the same way as I did.. Fit real Walnut dashboard, Walnut/chrome auto gearknob. Walnut handbrake handle, Hi Line Sat Nav, Walnut steering wheel, http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l4...r/PA020879.jpg Watch out!!! my conversion to Walnut came about because I could not get a Light Oak auto gear knob and ordered a Walnut one from Les at SMC, when I fitted it I knew that,, Walnut was the way to go..
