New Chevy V8

In this day and age of emissions control, electric, go green etc.. isn’t it refreshing that Chevrolet have gone and done this.

Two fingers stuck well and truly up to the greens.

Good on ya Chevy, nice to see petrolheads doing what they do best.

I love these American engines V8 10liter monsters with the technology of a pencil sharpener, and requiring 3liters of petrol to start, very good for the environment.

That'd be a lovely thing to have, even just on a stand to wake the neighbours on a Sunday morning...

Chevy having one last Hurrah before Mary Barra turns them green:eek:. The compression on that monster must be HUGE to generate that much horse power, Probably get around 500 miles out of it before it needs a rebuild like a Top Fueller

One of the farmers in the Scottish Borders my father used to deal with was Doug Niven. He raced a VW Beetle with a Chevy V8 in it so there's hope.

The most fitting home for this engine would be a trike.

I did build one using a Jensen Interceptor engine many years ago and that used to twist the 4" box section when the throttle was applied!
