Inlet Rattle

Any thoughts on this, reasonably priced but what could be the cause of the rattle?.

Wear on the inet manifold us usually the cause but in some cases if the power VIS has failed in the open position it amplifies a slight wear into a rattle. :)

Inlet manifolds second hand normally for sale on here around the £100 or more mark and not a difficult repair

£300 ish using recon parts but that won't give it a service history which is sadly lacking.

I rekon there's better value to be had for 2k.

Cheers

the add says slight rattle, it could be the purge valve situated passengerside of the manifold, they tend to sound like a slack tappet, perfectly normal they all do it :) again a replacement VIS may fix it ;)
