Rejuvenate Wiper Blades German Invention

Just wondered if anyone has a view about this tool designed in Germany or have bought one cost is 20 euro:-

I couldn't be bothered with the hassle, id rather fit new blades :D

Just cleaning the gunge off the blade tips with white vinegar normally gives your blades a fresh lease of life.
