What can I strip off a 160 for my 190

Hi so my brother is finally stripping his ztt 160 with aftermarket lpg, what can I strip off it ( engine parts,running gear) for spares for my 190 ?

Thanks

Pretty much everything :}
The only different bits between them that come to mind are the camshafts inside the engine , front brake discs and calipers , and the ecu which will be programmed differently.
Particularly useful to store are the inlet manifold and VIS motors , oil cooler , assorted water pipes and door mirrors . If you have room , I would have front wings and both bumpers in case of accident damage , and if he doesn't need to move it then I would have the rear suspension arms which are known to rust ! Oh , and the exhaust system complete ...... in fact , just take the car off him :D

V6 160 exhaust is smaller diameter than the 190 IIRC

I'd leave that bit be personally, but someone else may want it!

Don't, whatever you do, let that (lpg kit) go to the scrappy
Save

Thanks all I thought that as the lpg was an after market one with the piggyback ecu that it couldn't be fitted onto anything other than another 160

I'd be surprised if the piggyback ECU can't be retuned. An aftermarket system has to be more flexible to allow fitting to many different cars.
