Derek Osborne (derekosb) has stood down as Scottish RS.

It,s been a pleasure to know Derek and other tributes aside I hope you will join me in saying thanks for everything.

Good luck in whatever the future holds mate.:bowdown:

He organized meets with a military precision and left nothing to chance.
I have no doubt he could have led a battalion.:D.

He was the COMPLETE regional sec.

A great guy. He will be a hard act to follow..

Even I have benefited from his meet organising skills, just a shame I missed Gretna last year.

I'm proud to have been associated with him. We organised the first meet in Scotland in 2008 and in the early days bounced ideas of venues off each other.

Organisation is Derek's strong point..

To my mind the jewel in dereks crown was the East Fortune meet a couple of years back , a truly wonderful day out at that venue , monster trucks , concorde , vintage cars and trucks , vintage aircraft , that meet had the lot plus good weather.....

Don't forget the St Andrews meet. The first time I sampled Stovies, I've still got all the pictures of these meets.
