Launch Cars at the National - 20th Anniversary.
 

With 2019 being the 20th anniversary of the 75 launch, just wondering how many of the early cars will be there ? Pre-production, T, V & W plates and the Wedgewood blue dealer cars ?

The club car "OVP " will be there for starters. Well worth a close inspection as there are many small details which are different to the main production run.

my 75 will be 20 on the 15 april this year and still in daily use, and awaiting a trip to holland in september.

I've no idea :shrug:. A fair few members have launch cars though, which are always a treat to see :}.

Good morning John, 'Vixen' is a stunner, Steve and yourself have done her proud. I am sorry, I won't be able to attend the National and see her in the flesh. A great photo of 'Vixen' and I like the write up you have done about her.

It is my ambition to have a launch car but the best are expensive and poor ones are money pits. I saw Tim Spencer’s car a few months before he sold it. It was in bits getting a full resto and you could tell it was just a much much better car than later ones. Quality everywhere.

Love that line up of launch cars, although the back of D3 MGA is a bit too "Halfords" for me.

Some nice pics there Phil. I remember seeing that lineup at Gaydon - a very impressive sight.

My Lagoon turns sweet 16 next month, so a relative youngster.

sadly I wont be bringing the pre launch or my launch 75.

So far then, it's just OVP, Vixen and hopefully a certain Dorchester...:}:}

If we have enough launch / pre launch cars attending, we can park them in a nice line up together :cool2:
