Oh dear Freddie, that is bad news. I suspect what has happened is that your back muscles have gone into spam. The body protects itself from doing more harm with this mechanism when an injury occurs. At worse, a disc has moved. If so and it is unbearable you will need to get medical attention. Have you seen a doc?

Jeff I did see the thread on the iPhone was closed. Being offensive to others seems to be the latest fad in butching up! something to be proud of... Reebs has a skill in seeing it for what it had become and his summary put everything in place. Common sense saw it go to its final resting place.
