sound clip was done at a steady 25mph on a none pot holed but uneven road.

to test if your rear engine mount is gone, find an empty road, pull away in first (as you normally would), change to second then boot it and if you get a slight delay then thud your engine mount is gone

as said in a previous post this wont cure the noise in that audio clip

Definitely not the engine mount. There is no knocking hard or aggressive under acceleration from the engine. it's definitely passenger side

update on this. Lower arm replaced, droplink replaced. ...still knocking. Any ideas? im tempted to just chuck it in for its mot and see what they come back with.

Could be the top strut mount bearings, with the wheel off the ground look for any excessive movement
