It’s my pet hate tomorrow, Edinburgh marathon, road will be closed at 5am until 6:30pm. Can’t go anywhere. It’s the Edinburgh marathon, keep it in Edinburgh instead of inconveniencing people in East Lothian.

We have had rain all night and most f the morning. It has stopped now and is meant to be brightening up. A good job as I'm on a photoshoot for an RNLI fund raiser this afternoon.

Morning all, It's wet wet wet out there & the forecast is for light rain for the whole day, Good job I got the lawns mowed & gardening jobs done yesterday.


There's a pile of pigeon feathers in the garden when I opened the door this morning, Some neighbourhood cat got his breakfast early :D

All I'll say is I bet nobody dropped out with heat exhaustion, trench foot maybe! Wettest marathon I remember, been chucking it down all day. Still a few stragglers drifting past the cottages.

It's been one heavy shower after another here, Haven't done a tap all day. Just knocking up Cumberland sausage, mash & baked beans for tea.:drool4:
