Great photos Jeff, in
capturing the shots, how do the subjects compare in terms of being natural and cooperative: cats, dogs, children? |

The top picture is of my Aunt & Uncle's new rescue dog, Ellie, she is adorable and soft and friendly. The dogs after Ellie are Romanian Shepherd dogs who are currently in foster care. They are known as a Guardian breed so would need to be homed within the right type of family environment. Not sure with cats but they get on with other dogs fine as they have been socialised whilst in foster care. They were very friendly around me and I think a family with older children would be just fine. Hope they soon find their forever homes :} |
Couldn't have a bigger dog. Something happened in Suzy's past (before we got her), she's terrified of big dogs to the point that she'll go for them if pushed. Not long after we got her we had the dogs out in the museum next door. Ging decided to let Suzy off the lead, a big daft Labrador came bounding over . . . . Suzy took off! Thankfully she had the sense to run to the garden gate but she took off in such a panic she ripped one of her dew claws off.
We're Suzy's third (and last) owners. Her first owner apparently "just wanted rid of her!" never understand that. Her second owner didn't want to part with her but the bigger dog problem reared its head and forced her to because flat below (with shared garden) had two big dogs. More than once Suzy met them in the garden and had a go at them, that could have ended very badly! |
