Default Clutch pedal sensor

I'm sourcing the connectors to make a custom loom for retrofitting cruise control so one day when I'm rich enough and buy a kit, it would be a simple plug and play task.
When I look at my clutch pedal, I cannot understand if there is a switch or just an empty plug.
Can someone please shed light on this matter?

that is the switch mount by the looks of it....

Rimmers website is usually quite good for assembly drawings and accurate part descriptions / numbers...

Thanks, I can't believe I couldn't find that page on my own.

By the looks of it, I do have the clutch switch in place already. That's part XKB100150, the only option for the clutch pedal and with attributes: Manual - Cruise Control.

When it comes to brake pedal switches it becomes more difficult. There's a single pole switch for versions without cruise control and double pole switches from which I need XKD100090. Both are NLA, though, and replaced with XKB000022A.

Now it's all up to making sure which one I've got, a single pole version or the needed double pole switch.

Anyone got ideas?

There are 2 switches, one black and one white, one a single pole and the other a double pole, but it looks like they have been replaced by a switch that will do the job of both.
Looking at your pic it looks like you dont have the innards of the switch, just the case, put your hand up there and see if you can feel a plug on the top as per the brake pedal.

Judging by this picture it seems like mine is also a true switch. But perhaps you're right and it's just a "dummy" innard. I'll check if it has a plug tomorrow.

I haven't had a real look on the brake switch yet either.

EDIT: After some browsing I think the real switch should be black. Getting more confusing...

ahh so its a hall effect sensor its not a push in type, I had to adjust my clutch pedal because it had way too much freeplay, when i did it now has probably about 5mm of distance between the sensor & pedal, i taped a screw with 2 sided tape to compensate for the free space but now I know why that didnt' solve the problem, the pedal has a magnet inside right? btw is that why my rover 75 starts without having the clutch pressed in as a safety precaution? (because i have the gap between the sensor and its not touching the pedal thinking the clutch has been pressed in) is there a way to put something between there to have the sensor work? a piece of magnet perhaps? or is there a way to adjust the sensor and have it pushed forward?

And STOP spamming every thread you can find with the same question you have.

ONCE is enough.
