Default New Navall 3 - Fresh install but no DABy goodness

Hi guys,

At the request of Jeff (coolcat), I'm starting a thread to outline my issues with the DAB on my Navall 3.

To set the scene, here are the facts:

1. This is a brandspanking new unit
2. I installed this today (14/02/16)
3. Up to this point, I have not had any DAB playback
4. Standard FM radio playback is absolutely fine - that's using the normal aerial (onboard tuner), not the FM optionality within the DAB app.
5. When I try to get an FM station via the DAB app, I can only get Radio One. That is it. Nothing else.
6. I jumped in my girlfriends MG3 which has DAB and she can get hundreds of DAB radio stations with perfect clarity. My issue does not appear to be a poor signal area problem.

So far, the remedial actions taken have involved re-downloading the DAB app several times as well as clearing the database via the DAB app and retuning on multiple occasions.

It's worth mentioning, when I set the app to scan, the app counts right through to 70 and then nothing happens afterwards. No stations found.

It appears to me that it could be a fault with the aerial. What does everyone think?

Cheers

James
