Just to let you all know, Sue now has a working window and a drivers door that can be opened from the outside.
Replaced the solenoid, and a replacement regulator, not a straightforward job as an aftermarket regulator had been fitted and the wiring plug changed. Two trips to Cornwall as I didn't expect to find the wrong connector in there, at least it's all back to factory spec now, and drive thru coffee stops can be achieved easily.
