Default rover 75 headlamp adjustment

hi to all
the headlamp on the drivers side is low and needs to be adjusted now there are 2 adjusters 1 near the wing and the other is on the left which one do i adjust to change the horizontal

vertical up/down adjustment is at the top centre- ish . sideways/ horizontal adjustment is on the outer most side nearest to the wing. They dont usually go that far out individually unless the adjuster has become detatched inside the lamp unit . sometimes they can pop out if they are near full extention but usually after over extention due to over adjustment. If thats the case then headlight removal for re attatchment can be done on the car but best removed.You dont say how far out the beam alignment is but, if its only a little you should be able to adjust it up against a wall , but mark out first and adjust bit by bit .. slowly.
