![]() I had the usual problem of the plastic on the headlights going hazy so did a search on the forum and elsewhere and purchased "Greygate Plastic Polish" off ebay for approx £6. After a 10 minute detailed scrub I reckon there's about an 80% improvement and I'm sure they would get better if I spent more time on them. Surprising how clear headlight lenses freshens up the car no end. Highly recommend.

![]() This is how I cleaned mine up.The lamps were almost opaque and as you mention they take the look off the car.I spent a bit of time and I think it was a vast improvement.

![]() I did mine a month or so back, we use a polishing compound in work for scratch removal on tv surrounds so gave it a go and worked a treat, bought from RS Components.

![]() It's a much easier job if you remove them from the car first.
Here's my results after ten minutes with T-cut on an angle-grinder/mop. I was covered in watery T-cut when I'd finished though ![]() Whatever you use, make sure you either don't go too fast and burn the plastic, or use plenty of water to cool down the surface. ![]()

![]() Hehehe
![]() I actually did it at the side of the house, next to the wheely bins. It took me longer to clean T-cut off the bins than polish the lights ![]()

![]() MrDoodles gave mine a quick rub when i visited with him using T-Cut and it improved them. I attacked them again this morning using some old Brasso once I stirred up the contents that is
![]() A bit of elbow grease and a little time and I managed to polish off the offending paint and they do look much better now I must say. Tried in the drive after dark and they are brighter too. No street lights out this way so it gives a good test ![]() I do not have such modern things and electric polishers.

![]() I take it the Xenon / Projectors are plastic as the non Xenon lights on mine are absolutely fine and I've never polished them.
