Default Diesel auto front springs

I'm looking at trying to source the correct front springs for the Connie as I am sick of the low ride on the front. A couple of years back one of the struts was leaking so I just swapped the both of them including the manual spec springs with a spare set from my diesel manual tourer and the ride has been low and soft since then.

Speaking to local motor factors, I'm being told they are all the same but I don't believe them. I managed to lift the back seat and there was just enough of the label to identify them as JM. Armed with this info, I checked out Rimmer's for the matching springs. With the cost including delivery I am looking at £152 for the pair.

As money is a bit tight due to being medically dismissed from my job a couple of months ago, I'm trying to save a couple of quid as I need discs and pads, front back plates and top mounts, before then starting other jobs on the tourer as well.

Has anyone has a similar issue and manage to raise the front of a diesel auto and improve the ride .
