Similarly the above will work with an android device using one of two methods.

Click and hold the image and copy the url to clipboard
Click edit post
Place the cursor where the picture is to be located
Click the picture icon remove the http:// and paste the url from the clipboard
Click save

or.......

Click and hold the thumbnail and copy the url to clipboard
Click edit post
Place the cursor where the picture is to be located
Paste the url from the clipboard with the image tag [img] at each end, remembering that the closing tag should have / in front of img
Click save
