Default rover 75 tourer rear seat belt

hi to all
the rear seat belt on my rover 75 tourer is locked and i am unable to use how can i get the rear seat belt to work and what is the fault

Which belt is it, there are 3 at the rear.

hi to all
dismantled the rear seat and i found that the plastic leaver that released the belt locking device had broken so i am going to try to repair

hello artic
yes i did and i took the cover off the seat belt and the lever that is connected to the cable does not unlock the seat belt so that you can pull the belt out the seat lock was locked as per the how to photos

hi to all
found the fault the cable that goes from the seat belt unit to the rear seat lock the leaver was not extending full

no i did not but i can when i get time but i have another problem the covers on the rear seat are zipped and there is no zipper on the zip how do i now rezip the covers
