Just got one of these .
Where was this post when I was installing mine ??? Great post for the units with the RCA plugs fixed on the rear of the unit. Just for info ,I was supplied with 2 aerials (unit bought on line) for the TV which were passive (not boosted) and put one each side at the top of the front windscreen in between the headliner and roof. Works a treat. The other thing is seems ALL these units need you to run the Digital TV on AUX channel not the dedicated TV channel. Makes it hard changing channels etc as you have to use the remote as on the AUX channel theres no options to change channels etc. Cant believe they have not sorted this out by now as my older units are exactly the same. As these units have 2 x dedicated TV inputs on the rear for analogue TV ,I wonder if you connect the digital signal from the DTV box to the analogue input wheather it would work on the TV channel ?? The other thing thats interesting is the access to activate ALL options in the unit under Factory settings (3g ,CDC etc) ,its all listed with tick boxes but not sure these units have all these options fitted ?
