The adapted Mercedes door panels are an amazing piece of work.

It was a great day, but traffic getting on the M1 for the way back was a bit of a 'mare Cliff

Then delayed due to rubber-neckers of a three car accident southbound, the normal 60 mph air quality speed limit around Birmingham and a new one on me a 60 mph speed limit for several miles to test the system! No matter home in just over 3 hours including one comfort break, didn't think that was too bad considering. Jim |

Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed the day and the great location. Also took the back roads home, leading to a pint on the way back 🍺
Will definitely do 2024 if possible. Good to see so many nice cars. Thinking more of older Rovers mainly, but 10 years ago there were a lot of tired ones, now they are the exception rather than the rule. And I would say that there are probably more on the road now too than when I last had an SD1 10 years or so ago. |

Continuing to edit video and found these lovely smiles I didn't notice on the day
also came across a picture on my phone that I'd taken just as I opened the curtains on Sunday morning it's not often you see a Streetwise, a Rover P4, a Belgium registered Rover 75 and a Rover P5B Coupe in the same car park, mind you there were many more Rovers out of sight of my window. Jim |
