I sincerely hope she's not reading that filthy, disgusting Grey trilogy that Mrs Incensed can't put down, Jim. Better get some vitamin E.
When Mrs Incensed got talking about belts and chains, at first I thought she'd started to take an interest in our cars.
I'd never have bought the books for her if I'd known what it was she wanted between the covers. At least men's publications, aimed at appealing to our baser instincts and promoting the sins of the flesh, mostly have lurid covers to help one avoid them.

Ah.. But they only got lost because we couldn't meet at the specified place (numbered lamp post) due to work being carried out on the sea front..

We all finally met up at the Pier....... Erm.... All six of us.. lmho....

...

That post code might be a lifesaver if we don't get a local guide..

Erm.... but accoding to my calculations (and google) LL20 2XF lies somwhere to the South West of Wrexham.... ? ... lol...

Cool

Put me on the list please. I'm coming home from my holiday on the 18th and will need to swop cars. I will then drive up on Sunday straight to the meet and then stay over for a couple of days before returning home.
Can anyone give me a reliable list of hotels close by?

Is there a list? That's very organised. We'd probably be best publishing a disclaimer too.

The OP, mrjoneswales (Jeff) needs to pull his finger out and update his first post on the thread with the names of all prospective attendees. Well - he had the temerity to mention it first.

Here, I'll help

mrjoneswales
Jules
JamesUK
Flying Banana
J1mbo
vindaloo
Robbberd

I'm sure Jules has probably played the lounges of most of the hotels in Colwyn Bay & LLandudno, so will be able to give you a steer. You never know, he might even have some accommodation he can offer you.

Failing that, I always use a combination of tripadvisor.com and laterooms.com and that's worked well for me, so far.

My name removed from list 23.07.12 because of family commitments

Jules isn't confirmed yet. I've not heard from him.. he's a maybe..

I find it odd that the trips to the seaside don't attract many people..

I love everything about them. The drive there, the seaside itself, and the journey home.. superb innit..
