Thanks Microcat, once the phone was made discoverable it worked a treat. Where do you think the best place for the microphone is? Thanks once again for relieving my frustration.

I ran the mike round the top right of the centre portion of the dash if you get my drift. Sat there and looked factory fit, wire is so easy to pass thorugh behind also.

Single 'ish! cage is slightly smaller than single din and rattles about. Facia is larger than single din, and only a tad slightly narrower.

if you don't mind it 10mm proud, get a fascia off Ebay for £10 and use a dremel to cut 10mm out of the bottom of the din slot and the unit sits the same as a normal din unit, it took me 10min to do, i have another fascia and i am going to sit it flush and surround with wood veneer when i have the time.
