You need to unplug the connector and then check resistance across pins.
See here for schematic :- http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...ts#post1175682 You just take the connector apart and test pins for resistance as per the image with a multimeter. Connector is big one next to the battery and wing. Sounds like the 2/4 brake duty solenoid can cause harsh changes ...
