And what will the punishment be if they are caught, surely they must be able to enhance that picture and get part of the number plate, they already know the what type of vehicle that is perhaps they can trace it through the DVLA.

It doesn't, thankfully it isn't high quality !

There are some real dregs in the world, just remember the sort of people who could inflict this on a poor defenceless animal are likely to be just as bad where human beings are concerned

Cruelty to any defenceless animal or child is abhorrent, and I for one would love to see the punishment fit the crime.

They are indeed as bad as each other, cruelty is cruelty full stop

Ros and I have witnessed some of the cruelty and neglect first hand at the cat rescue and it really does upset you to think that people can be that way!

I'm glad you described what it is as I will not watch it and I'm shocked people have clicked on the link to be fair. I'm an avid cat lover and I swear as sure as God is my witness, if somebody did that to herbert george, I'd hunt them down and do unto others....

not at all, but I find that the media reaction (especially social media) pour out far more angst at mistreated pets than they do at mistreated people...
The strength of the comments seems to be far deeper and vengefull

I hope there caught and the book is thrown at them.
It should be an animal murder charge they face for what they have done.
I can't stand seeing animals mistreated or neglected in any way there isn't any excuses.
