Default Problema con el 2-din

Buenas a todos, me a surgido un problema en el 2 din, no me sale la pantalla del gps......cuando paso del boton power con un toque para acceder a la pantalla del gps se me queda como si fueran nubes, he reseteado y nada sigue igual, el caso que todo lo otro funciona perfectamente.
Sabeis alguno algo de lo q me sucede???
Se lo compre a Sean. Espero que alguno sepais algo de español, gracias.

What he is saying he can't get off the navigation screen he has tried to reset the unit with no joy!! All other parts are functioning ok
Anyone suggest anything to try and I'll reply to him in Spanish! My units not here yet so I have no knowledge up to now!!

Por favor, esta noche, desconecte el cable de la batería durante al menos 3-4 horas(o durante la noche)

Y ver is se soluciona el problema!
