Not yet watched all the video but I hope it will make petrol and diesel ULEZ compliant but what of filling stations?

I can remember back in the 50/60s, a gent invented synthetic petrol. He was stopped from producing it by the greedy big companies who got a motion passed through government that he could only make 12,000 gallons a year of it. Know doubt that the companies that stopped the production of it back then, would love to get it to market.
