Have you considered offering a refurbishment service instead? Might be more cost effective buying up the worn ones from ebay then have them professionally refurbished to an as new standard. You could even then offer them as exchange basis for those of us who already have wooden wheels but which are showing their age a bit.

The absolute cheapest I've found anyone who can refurbished a steering wheel in not good enough colour match has been £110 for the wheel alone. Not including the actual supplying it.

Frankly the price is actually excellent compared to a leather refurbish.

Dye is good but not ideal if leather is worn.
