A new twist in the saga.

Left car parked overnight as you do and when driving this morning, there was no creeking or squeeking at all. Drove 4 miles with zero noise.
Parked car and sadly had to use handbrake as was on bit of a roll. Came back to drive after a few hours and car is back to squeeking and creeking. So it must really be the handbrake causing the issue.
I feel confident that had I not put the handbrake on, there would have been no issues.

Anyway, will see what happens tomorrow morning. Still waiting to get into garage as they are fully booked out right now.
