Default non starting after rain..aarrgh

hi all,
two weeks ago my plenum flooded and i thought i'd killed it this time, however after clearing the drain in the plenum and having a hair dryer on the ecu overnight everything worked ok.

that was 2 weeks ago and it has been fine until just now when it won't start. it did pour down last night quite heavily so i checked the plenum and its ok nice and dry.

so my question is where else could the water be getting in to make it not want to start?

thanks,
nick

yes it turns over and it did start for a few seconds which felt like fuel starvation. it has exactly the same symptons as a couple of weeks ago. the plenum is dry but my oh says it was torrential rain last night i'm wondering if it filled up faster than it could drain away. in which case i'm just going to have to wait until it dries out again.

unless i'm missing something?

Well for what it's worth, I reckon the damage was done last time.....you may have been lucky but it seems not

I'm quite happy for you to send me your ECM for testing/repair
