Default Door card and headliner material

Is it Alcantara? Mines a mess with lots of black finger print marks all over them. Want to give them a good clean. Is the material Alcantara? Thanks.

Not alcantara, baby wipes are good as suggested! Or groom from halfords

Tried baby wipes on the door card and it didn't touch it. So what material is it made of? I was thinking it perhaps may be nylon? But not certain. I wanna buy the right product cleaner for it.

No idea what it actually is but definitely not alcantara, an Interior cleaner is fine on them though! I have used groom to remove grease and oil from the door cards and head liner previously

I have found a Vanish stain remover soap bar, warm water and a soft nail brush removed stains from door cards, leather seats, steering wheel and plastic trim, in fact, pretty much everywhere!

Thanks. I may give that a go as I don't want to use anything too harsh on the material in case I damage it.
