The Hiss I'm not sure about.
I'll see if I can work that one out Sir and report back.
One thing to suggest, maybe change the voice setting on the satnav and see if that solves it

Hope you had a safe journey home and you found the garage at Brentwood ok
Hi Jeff,

The hiss is a general problem- not just related to Satnav. Didnt appreciate that earlier. Will also want to fit a high quality external Mike as telephone calling quality is crucial for me. Any recommendations?

Regards

Dave

Will be well worth having it as a sticky for future reference.

Spoke to Sean and told him about the tyre pressure monitoring system by the way.
Will let you know about the hiss tomorrow when I have one on the bench
Hi Jeff,

Many thanks indeed. Found the garage OK and James is delighted with the Roewe bumper. So, a good day for all.

Cheers,

Dave

Hi Dave,

Can you drop Sean a pm as well and keep him in the loop re the hiss!
I'm in the pub at the moment so I'll chat later and discuss further

Good to see you're on the ball Jeff
By the way have DD installed. Pleased with changing the screens excellent. Sub woofer works fills out the sound nicely! Only thing is I left my aerial adaptor in the old unit. Oh well another trip to halfords... The unit seems to be slightly deeper so iys a tighter fit... maybe its just me...I'll have another go when I fit the aerial adaptor!
