![]() Such is the drawbacks of DSLR files
![]() I use Photoshop to resize my pictures for posting, both to scale them down and reduce actual file size, to do that in photoshop you choose "Image size" from the image menu, and then "save for web" in the file menu, choosing .jpeg and "small or medium" file sizes. If you don't have photoshop, check the menus in whatever software you have for something similar. There is a little tutorial here: http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/dig...reducesize.htm

![]() At 10.5meg per photo on my DSLR, you need to resize for Web or everyone gets tired waiting for them to appear.
The Forums don't like large sized files either. |

![]() I must admit that i have only used mine in 'auto' mode so far - going to have a play at the weekend in manual mode. Cracking bit of kit! still impressed with it

Can let you borrow if you want. I've just been playing with the EF 100mm macro lens in the garden. I'm quite literally stunned at the close-up detail considering it was hand-held and I haven't really done any macro before. |
