Default NS rear door lock.

OK we are having one or two problems at the moment Engine fan (another thread) rear NS light cluster earthling turned out to be water ingress through the plug and socket so plug socket and bulb holders all corroded and breaking up. I got a replacement bulb holder and plug off eBay did a bit of soldering and all is now well.
The new problem is the NS rear door lock. Locks fine with the central locking but will not unlock but works fine manually. I know that there are other threads on this and I am sure it’s the actuator that has failed and the job to replace this is fiddly and complex.
However I came across this web site
http://www.meanmachines.biz/store/rover-100-200-25-400-45-600-75-solenoid-actuator-door-motor.html
has anyone tried one of these?

Just get a door lock complete from eBay or ask on here, at least you know it will be right and can be had for around £15 😀
