Thank you All who managed to get to our meet this morning, managing to avoid standing in pouring rain.
Special thanks to those who travelled substantial distances, I do hope that all journies home were good? Great to see Nora again at a meet Teflon, Well Done to her, for putting up with us. And John (Grouty), again I had to get into this thread "via the back door" as the events and meets forum is still not displaying for me. Fred (planenut) |

Tried the "front door". My car was featured on the club home page - first time I've seen it there in all the years I've been in the club! Must have special privileges as the front door worked fine for me
Thanks to Fred for sorting out the weather, BBC had promised rain and thunderstorms, but Fred served up sunshine with the occasional shower - much better! Nora enjoyed the meet (as did I) and was delighted to be out and about seeing everyone again and enjoying a nice breakfast in great company. Best wishes to Nobby for his knee op - fingers and toes crossed for you. Cliff
