I've messaged Big Russ to see if I can go up there on Friday so he can have a look. I think it's a bit too much for me.
Re the shoving the aerial down, I thought it was a handy empty recess to hide the cable away as much as possible as I hate seeing cables everywhere. I was just going to check to see if Russ had replied.
All this for trying to have stations with decent ( older) music!
