Update on the rattling: just spoken to garage and he’s found that the hydraulic tensioner plunger was faulty , he’s amazed the belts hadn’t jumped, thankfully that didn’t happen.
I’ve just ordered a belt kit with the plunger from DGMRS so that should be with the garage next week and hopefully soon after the car back with me.
