Reason for sale - I have another Rover 75, and while I'd love to keep both, I have to be sensible!

During my ownership, everything needed has always been done, so as well as regular servicing, oil changes, tyres, various bulbs, wipers, etc as needed, the following have also been done:

January 2016 Timing belt and water pump, head gasket (at 46154 miles)
December 2016 Front brake pads
August 2017 Auto Transmission Fluid change (at 62952 miles)
May 2018 New catalytic converter, rear brake pads
February 2020 RH Front ABS sensor replaced
May 2021 Timing belt, water pump (at 79800 miles), air intake flex hose (Shannon Tube) replaced
July 2021 New exhaust back box, new battery
February 2024 New head gasket (problem was traced to internal coolant leak into cylinder 1; no major coolant loss nor overheat), thermostat, oil rail; timing belt, water pump
